Arrival
In order for the house to be cleaned we need enough time between 2 rentals. This means that from 3:00 PM onwards, the key will be ready for you in the key safe. You will receive the necessary code from us 1-2 days before your arrival. If you need a baby crib, please let us know in advance so that it can be arranged.

| There is a key safe at each apartment door. Inside is the respective keychain (green like the garden, for the lower apartment / blue like the sky, for the upper apartment). |
1) Open the protective cover 2) Enter the code you received 3) Turn the latch. |
Now you can take out the keychain. |
Departure
As your departure day approaches, we kindly ask your check out by 11:00 AM at the latest. Before placing the keys back into the key safes, please make sure that all doors are properly closed and locked.
Also, please leave the house tidy – we really appreciate your help in keeping things nice tor the next guests. Please note that the house can only be checked after your departe. If you noticed any issues or defects, we’d be grateful if you could let us know directly in the booking.com-chat or by WhatsApp. That way, we can take care of them right away.
